HiSTES's certification activities are based on the international standards of the ISCED classification of education, developed by the United Nations (UNESCO), officially adopted by the UNESCO General Conference and the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), which is integrated into the education systems of all EU member states.

HiSTES is an international platform within which there is a regular exchange of experience, technologies and modern developments in the field of education, advanced training of teachers from all over the world. Among the activities of the organization are the accreditation / certification of teachers, educational institutions, educational courses and programs according to EU standards, holding conferences, seminars, master classes, public lectures, open courses on the specializations of participants, as well as intensive interaction and joint development of participants.
